What You'll Do

Every blood draw is an opportunity to make a patient feel comfortable and cared for. As a Pulse Staffing Phlebotomist, you will:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections safely and accurately
• Deliver compassionate care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Verify patient identity using established safety protocols
• Label, process, and transport specimens according to laboratory standards
• Monitor patients during collections and respond appropriately to adverse reactions
• Follow OSHA, CLIA, and infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
