Pay Rate: $24/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm

What You'll Do
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection duties with confidence and accuracy
• Promote a positive image with patients, clients, coworkers, and the public

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience (one or more years preferred)
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
• Keyboarding and data entry proficiency
• Flexibility to work based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as required
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
