Phlebotomist I

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client’s healthcare facility in Greenville, KY 42345

Location: Greenville, KY 42345
Contract: 3+ contract-to-hire
Pay: $20–$21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-3:30 pm MST
Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Verify patient identification and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide excellent patient care while following HIPAA, safety, and infection-control protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent — Required
• 6 months of phlebotomy experience — Required
• Phlebotomy certification/license — Preferred
• Experience with venipuncture, capillary collections, specimen processing, labeling, chain of custody, and EMR/EHR.
