Job Title: Phlebotomist I Location: 901 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33458 Duration: 3 months (temp to hire) Schedule: Mon–Fri 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (one weekday off), Sat 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Job Summary: Phlebotomist I serves as the first point of contact for patients at the Patient Service Center, providing excellent customer service while performing blood draws and specimen collection. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with check-in and appointments Collect blood and clinical/forensic specimens accurately and safely Verify patient information and properly label specimens Prepare and process specimens for lab testing Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment Ensure accurate documentation and records Deliver high-quality customer service Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of experience preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states) Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric & geriatric) Data entry and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service skills Preferred: Medical assistant or paramedic training 6+ months phlebotomy experience Retail or customer service background
