Job Title: Phlebotomist Location: North Port, FL Shift: Day/EST – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday Duration: 5+ Months Job Summary Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist/Patient Services Representative to collect blood specimens, prepare samples for lab testing, and provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards. Responsibilities Perform blood draws and specimen collection for patients of all ages Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience Work independently with minimal supervision Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills preferred Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Basic keyboard/data entry skills required Flexible for overtime/weekends if needed Remote: No COVID Vaccination Required: No
