Location: Butte, MT
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Why This Role Matters
This is a key role for an experienced phlebotomist who can confidently work independently and deliver high-quality patient care from day one. Your expertise ensures accurate specimen collection and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong, confident phlebotomy skills with the ability to work independently (not a training environment)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
