Pay Rate: $25/hr

Schedule: 11:30am – 8:00pm (2nd shift)

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Verify patient identity, confirm demographic information, and ensure proper labeling of specimens
• Prepare, process, and package specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies
• Provide clear explanations of procedures, creating a calm and confident patient experience
• Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
• Travel between Patient Service Centers or in-office locations as required

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
• Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Keyboard/data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Experience in a Patient Service Center preferred
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
