Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm; every other Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm

Why This Role Matters
As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Your ability to deliver high-quality specimen collection while creating a positive patient experience directly impacts care outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing following established procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and required records
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support coverage across Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as needed

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
