Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) with strong phlebotomy skills to collect and process blood specimens accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, maintain specimen integrity, and ensure compliance with established procedures and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections.
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate specimen labeling.
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain documentation and follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient support.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Strong data entry and customer service skills.
- Medical Assistant, Paramedic training, or Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
