As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic testing. Your ability to create a positive patient experience while maintaining precision and efficiency directly supports quality care and clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection for patients of all ages
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to ensure proper identification and labeling
  • Maintain required documentation and adhere to established protocols and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service while fostering a calm and professional environment
  • Support operations across patient service centers or physician offices as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
