What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection for patients of all ages
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to ensure proper identification and labeling
Maintain required documentation and adhere to established protocols and procedures
Provide excellent customer service while fostering a calm and professional environment
Support operations across patient service centers or physician offices as needed
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
Strong customer service and data entry skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
Ability to meet compliance requirements
