What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture, capillary, and specimen collection for patients of all ages
- Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures to ensure proper identification and labeling
- Maintain required documentation and adhere to established protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service while fostering a calm and professional environment
- Support operations across patient service centers or physician offices as needed
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
