Location: Faribault, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: M-F, 9:00am–5:30pm (may include rotational weekends 8:45am–5:30pm and holidays 7:45am–4:30pm)

Why This Role Matters
As a Phlebotomist, you serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a safe, accurate, and compassionate specimen collection experience. Your work directly impacts the quality and reliability of diagnostic testing and patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
• Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens following established procedures
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
• Support multiple locations and adapt to changing staffing and business needs

What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet compliance requirements (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
