What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric
Prepare specimens for testing following established procedures and protocols
Verify patient identification and ensure accurate labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence
Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy
Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients, fostering trust and confidence
Uphold a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Travel to and provide coverage across multiple patient service locations as needed
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with supervisors and team members
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites and adjust to changing schedules
Strong data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to meet compliance requirements
