Location: Fort Smith, AR
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: M–F, 8:00am–5:00pm

As a Phlebotomist, you play a key role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results. Your technical expertise and patient-first approach help create a safe, efficient, and positive healthcare experience.

What You'll Do

  • Perform blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures
  • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient’s presence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures
  • Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
  • Keyboard and data entry proficiency
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
