Schedule: M, Tu, Th, F: 7:45am–4:15pm; W: 7:45am–12:45pm
Why This Role Matters
You play a key role in the patient experience and the accuracy of diagnostic testing. Your ability to collect high-quality specimens while building trust with patients directly impacts care outcomes and supports timely medical decisions.
What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages (pediatric through geriatric)
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and easing patient concerns
- Support multiple locations as needed and adapt to changing business needs
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites as needed
- Keyboard/data entry proficiency
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
