What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections with accuracy and professionalism
Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling in the patient’s presence
Process and prepare specimens for testing following established procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards
Provide excellent customer service while fostering a welcoming and professional patient environment
Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
Float between patient service centers and/or physician offices based on business needs
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred)
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
Keyboard/data entry proficiency
Willingness to adhere to dress code (solid color scrubs with matching top and pants)
