Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: Bloomington, MN
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with flexibility to work between 7:30am–5:30pm

What You'll Do

• Perform blood collections including venipuncture and capillary draws on patients of all ages
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
• Verify patient identity and demographic information and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
• Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort
• Travel to multiple sites and support various Patient Service Centers or physician offices as needed
• Follow all established procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)
• Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended)
