Shift: Mon – Fri between 06:00 AM – 08:00 PM, every other Sat, 07:00 AM – 02:00 PM EST.
Pay Rate: $28.00/hr. on W2.
Job Description:- The Phlebotomist III – Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures.
- The Phlebotomist III – Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
- This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care.
- Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees.
- This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.
