Location: Indianapolis, IN (floating within a 30‑mile radius)
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Core hours M-F, 6am-6:30pm (up to 8 hours per day)

What You'll Do
- Perform venipuncture for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
- Verify patient demographics and ensure proper specimen labeling with patient confirmation
- Provide clear explanations to patients to create a comfortable, trusting environment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Float between sites to support Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy needs
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, professional workspace
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying schedules and locations
- Data entry and basic computer skills
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
