Additional Comments/Requirements
Recent unexpected resignations within the Waco market have created immediate operational gaps across key service areas. These departures have placed additional strain on existing staff and have introduced challenges in maintaining the level of service our patients and clients expect.
To stabilize operations and ensure continuity of care, it is necessary to request the addition of a contingent worker position. This role will be critical in supporting daytoday workflows, preserving appropriate coverage, and mitigating the impact of current staffing shortages.
Bringing in a contingent worker will allow the team to maintain productivity, uphold service standards, and prevent disruptions that could affect patient experiences, client relationships, and overall market performance. This position is essential to sustaining operational stability while the longerterm staffing strategy is evaluated.
