If you're a skilled Phlebotomist who is confident with blood draws, attentive to detail, and knows how to help patients feel comfortable during the collection process, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll support our care teams by collecting and processing specimens, performing waived testing, and helping ensure providers receive accurate and timely lab results.

What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures for patients of all ages.
• Process lab orders accurately and prioritize STAT and urgent requests.
• Verify patient identity and label specimens immediately following collection.
• Prepare, handle, store, and process specimens based on testing requirements.
• Perform waived laboratory tests.
• Monitor lab results and communicate results to providers.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and well-stocked drawing stations and laboratory areas.
• Monitor lab supplies, expiration dates, inventory rotation, and temperature logs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited Phlebotomy program.
• Valid and current California Phlebotomy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Salary Description

$23.00 - $29.70 / hour DOE
