Phlebotomist

Global Service Resources is looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to work in Los Angeles, CA!

Position: Phlebotomist
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90059
Hours:
Day Shift:

• Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday

Evening Shift:

• Flexible start time between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $26/hour
Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures accurately and safely
• Verify patient identification and properly label specimens
• Process, receive, and prepare laboratory specimens in the Central Receiving area
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of specimens for testing
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with laboratory protocols
• Assist with laboratory support duties as assigned
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients and healthcare staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience
• Ability to work as both a Phlebotomist and Lab Assistant in the Central Receiving area
