Position: Phlebotomist
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90059
Hours:
Day Shift:- Flexible start time between 7:00 AM 9:30 AM
- 8-hour shifts, MondayFriday
Evening Shift:- Flexible start time between 3:00 PM 4:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and other specimen collection procedures accurately and safely
- Verify patient identification and properly label specimens
- Process, receive, and prepare laboratory specimens in the Central Receiving area
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transport of specimens for testing
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with laboratory protocols
- Assist with laboratory support duties as assigned
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
- Provide professional and courteous service to patients and healthcare staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience
- Ability to work as both a Phlebotomist and Lab Assistant in the Central Receiving area
