Work Environment
This role is based in outpatient clinical settings in the Novi/Farmington area with a typical schedule of Monday-Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The team at the main Farmington site includes about 15 people, while individual offsite locations typically have 0-2 team members on site, and offsite assignments may involve working with a team of 0-3 people depending on the location. The position involves frequent interaction with clinic staff and medical testing facilities, as well as regular handling, processing, and packaging of specimens using standard phlebotomy equipment such as BD Vacutainer tubes. The dress code requires wearing navy blue scrubs, reflecting a professional clinical environment focused on patient care and teamwork. The role offers exposure to both stationary and float work environments, providing varied experience across different outpatient locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
