We serve both individual consumers and business clients in a convenient walk-in setting.
About the Role This position is based in a walk-in retail lab environment, where patients can access testing without traditional barriers. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and delivering a professional, efficient, and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and care
Properly label, handle, and process specimens in accordance with protocols
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
Provide excellent customer service in a retail healthcare setting
Support a wide range of services including blood testing, drug screening, and DNA/paternity testing
Assist with front desk duties as needed (check-in, scheduling, data entry, payments)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic computer and data entry skills required

COMPENSATION:
Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience. Paid time training with opportunity for continuous education. Opportunity for incentives, retention bonus and other earning potential will be offered to the right candidate.
HOURS: We have Flexible hours between Monday - Saturday
We are Closed Sundays.
Some overtime and extra hours may be required based upon the operational requirements.
