The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team.<\/span>
<\/p>

In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations.<\/span>
<\/p>

Schedule: PRN (12 -Hour Shift)<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Label, document, and prepare specimens for testing (name, date, time & location)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Complete routine and STAT lab order collections in a timely manner<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Obtain patient consent when required for procedures<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • File & deliver laboratory reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor, replace, and maintain phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide excellent patient service and communication<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications<\/span>

    • Current Tennessee phlebotomy certification required<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Detail -oriented with strong organizational and time -management skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
