Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist with a minimum of 2 years of proven phlebotomy experience to join a busy outpatient healthcare team in Radnor, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent venipuncture skills, strong patient communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and specimen integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages.
• Correctly identify patients and label specimens according to established protocols.
• Prepare, process, and transport laboratory specimens.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR/LIS system.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort while providing professional and compassionate care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy work area.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Phlebotomist experience (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with EMR/LIS systems is preferred.

• Reporting Location: 145 King of Prussia Rd, Radnor, PA.
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.
• Candidates must be able to successfully complete all required background checks, medical clearances, and drug screening within one week of receiving an offer.
