Work Environment
This role is based at 2033 Crooks Road in Royal Oak, MI, with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You will work primarily in an outpatient clinical environment, performing hands-on phlebotomy and specimen processing. The team typically wears navy blue scrubs as standard attire. At the main site in Farmington, there are approximately 15 team members onsite, while individual offsite locations may have anywhere from 0-2 other employees present. When working offsite, you may be part of a team of 0-3 people depending on the location, so you should be comfortable working both independently and in small groups. The environment emphasizes accurate specimen handling, consistent communication with clinic staff, and adherence to clinical safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
