Are you an experienced Phlebotomist who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering excellent patient care? Join a high-volume specialty clinic where your skills matter, your days stay productive, and your evenings and weekends are yours.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy, patient comfort, and teamwork.
 
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in patient care by ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate specimen collection and handling.
  • Verify patient identity using two or more identifiers
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for efficient blood collection
  • Provide a calm, reassuring experience for patients of all ages
  •  Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
  • Work closely with providers and clinical staff to support patient flow
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with clinic protocols
  • Clean and sterilize equipment, instruments, and work areas following infection control standards
  • Monitor storage temperatures and track expiration dates of refrigerated supplies
  • Inventory supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted patient care
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and medical terminology
  • Working knowledge of clinic protocols, policies, and HIPAA requirements
  • Ability to perform efficient, accurate venipuncture with a focus on patient comfort
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to clinical direction
  • Strong eye–hand coordination to ensure safe and comfortable procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomist Certification required
  • 3–4 years of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a busy outpatient or clinic setting
