Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (variable shifts may apply)Monitors daily activities and collection schedules for mobile phlebotomy services. Responsible for answering incoming telephone requests for scheduling of home phlebotomy, house calls and requests for long term care facilities. Effectively utilizes communication skills in interpersonal interactions with customers, patients and families, physicians, fellow employees and leadership team members. Collects clinical laboratory specimens and performs tasks associated with patient registration, order entry and specimen processing with general supervision Actively advocates Health Network Laboratories’ core values and provides excellent customer service.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 6 months to 2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently may be required based on service location.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software.
Certificates and Licenses:
A valid driver’s license from the state that the employee resides as well as a clean driving record. Must be accessible to appropriate and reliable transportation to perform essential duties and responsibilities. CPR Certification encouraged but not mandatory.
