Job Details: 
Schedule:  Mon– Fri 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch (40 hours/week) 
Location:  Tulsa, OK 74133 
Job Type: local contract 
Contract Length: 3 months+ 
Pay Range:  $18 - $19 per hour 
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Performed venipuncture and specimen collection on adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients while following established phlebotomy procedures and safety protocols.
• Collected, labeled, processed, and prepared clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accurate documentation and data entry.
• Educated patients on collection procedures, provided compassionate care, maintained patient confidentiality, and delivered excellent customer service.
• Maintained a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to HIPAA, quality standards, infection control, and company policies.
• Worked independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment, completing daily assignments efficiently under the direction of the area supervisor.

Requirements: 

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Certification(s): Phlebotomy preferred 
• Years of experience: Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required 
• Skills/Specialties/Technology: Venipuncture & Specimen Collection, Specimen Processing & Labeling, Patient Care & Customer Service
