The Phlebotomy Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in the Phlebotomy Technician program. This role includes teaching classroom theory, demonstrating hands-on venipuncture and specimen collection skills, and preparing students for national certification and entry-level employment in clinical and laboratory settings. The instructor creates an engaging, supportive learning environment that promotes student success, professionalism, and confidence in essential phlebotomy competencies.
