Job Summary

As a Paralegal Investigator, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with research, organization, court filings, and tracking of cases in administrative, state, and federal courts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research for litigation cases and opinions.
• Reviewing and managing litigation documents.
• Drafting documents for litigation cases and opinions.
• Compiling, annotating, and indexing provisions of statutes, cases, and administrative decisions.
• Reading and interpreting state, federal, and local codes, laws, and regulations.
• Managing court appearances, hearings, and depositions in Legal Files and Outlook calendars.
• Tracking legislation.
• Handling correspondence, telephone calls, and visitors.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1 year of Paralegal experience.
• Security clearance required.

Preferences

• Experience with Arizona State and federal court procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and legal document formatting.
