We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) Office of Inspector General (OIG). This role involves engaging with attorneys, legal support staff, members of the public, and state agency personnel. You will be the initial point of contact for callers and walk-ins, ensuring efficient communication and support.

  • Answer and route incoming calls accurately and promptly.
  • Register parties for hearings and manage inquiries.
  • Communicate case and hearing status with appropriate personnel.
  • Perform research in databases and document interactions.
  • Handle secretarial tasks and maintain electronic records.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional conduct.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle diverse and upset customers with tact.
  • Experience in data entry and case management systems.

Preferences

  • Previous office or legal experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with high accuracy.

Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM at 2200 N Central Ave, Suite 100, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
