Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to support our IT department. You'll play a crucial role in data management, analysis, and reporting, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Google, Focus, Excel, Visio, OnBase, and other data management programs.
• Strong understanding of data systems creation methods and software applications for data monitoring and review.
• Experience in statistical and business analysis.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data.
• Familiarity with IT life-cycle and preventative disease and vaccination surveillance system design, operation, and maintenance.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including SAS and R, Tableau, and SQL.
• Ability to analyze large complex data sets and identify trends.

Preferences

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience with establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information to nontechnical audiences.
