  • Proficiency in the ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
  • Proven strategic negotiation skills for high-value contracts.
  • Experience in technical project management and procurement pipeline management.
  • Ability to draft and score complex RFP/RFQ for enterprise-level IT services.
  • Financial & data literacy for TCO and ROI analyses.
