Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to break down complex business data, interpret findings, and communicate insights through clear reports and dashboards. Your role will be central to achieving departmental goals by providing actionable insights and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze data using BI tools to identify trends and provide insights.
• Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights from data sets.
• Write, execute, and analyze SQL queries.
• Utilize data analysis tools like SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data analysis needs.
• Develop and evaluate business needs to improve workflow processes.
• Ensure accuracy and validity of data sets and reports.
• Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Visual Basic (VB).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL and Excel.
• Strong data analytics experience.
• Knowledge of software development processes and RDBMS.
• Effective organization and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

Preferences

• Visual Basic (VB) skills preferred.
• Interest in AI tools and technologies.
