We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting the Arizona Appellate Courts. This is a highly complex technical position overseeing and participating in all aspects of information systems technology used by and in support of the Arizona Appellate Courts. The role involves analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of software solutions that ensure the continued and future operations of applications and supporting systems.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in systems administration, object-oriented programming, relational databases, computer operations, systems consulting, business analysis, or related technical discipline in a highly structured systems environment.
- Proficiency in primary technologies such as ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, REST, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and more.
- Experience with AI tools, JWT Authentication, Azure DevOps, and API Security.
- Strong analytical and design skills with the ability to translate business operations into functional specifications and design documentation.
- Security clearance required.
Preferences
- Familiarity with Appeon PowerBuilder (2022 or higher), Hyland OnBase Document Management systems, and IBM or Microsoft MQ Series.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint collaboration tools.
- Experience working with justice/government agencies, particularly Appellate courts.
