Phone-based Sales Representative

Phone-Based Sales Representative Benefits

Phone-Based Sales Representative Requirements

·A minimum of 3–5 years of inside sales experience

·Willingness to work on-site in Northern Broward County Monday-Friday

·Experience in educational or construction product sales or a related industry

·The ability to spend 10+ hours per week on the phone engaging customers

·Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and eCommerce platforms

·Bilingual skills (preferred, but not required)

·Call center experience preferred

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·A positive, leadership-oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork and mentorship

Phone-Based Sales Representative Responsibilities

·Promptly respond to all inbound communications (phone, email, text)

·Educate prospective students on the Company's full catalog of online courses and resources

·Deliver quotes and proposals within 4 business hours of request

·Proactively follow up on website and social media inquiries

·Collaborate with the marketing team by sharing feedback that helps optimize lead quality

·Track personal performance to meet key goals: 15+ hours of phone engagement per week
