Are You a Phone Champion?

e7 Health is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Phone Champion to join our growing team! If you're a quick learner, can memorize scripts and processes rapidly, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping them schedule appointments for vaccinations, physical exams, occupational health services, travel medicine consultations, and more.

What You'll Do

Answer inbound patient calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Follow and master company scripts, procedures, and service offerings
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Educate patients on available services and answer common questions
Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
Document patient information accurately within the company systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, coworkers, and healthcare staff
Learn new services, policies, and procedures quickly
Help maximize appointment bookings while ensuring patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Exceptional verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service and people skills
Ability to memorize scripts, processes, and service information quickly
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and professional phone presence
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Previous call center experience
Medical office, healthcare, or scheduling experience
Sales, appointment setting, or customer service background
Experience using scheduling software
