 We're hiring one exceptional person to lead our phones team.

 Here's the part that will filter most people out: this is a lead role, and you'll sell on the phone yourself every day. Your

 first few weeks here are nothing but the phones -- taking care of families and closing appointments the

 way we close them: warmly, confidently, in a single call with a deposit taken. Not because we doubt

 you. Because nobody leads this team without being great at what this team does. If that sounds beneath
