Technical Support and Phone Sales Representative

Pay:  Up to $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full‑time

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy Technical Support / Phone Sales Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and phone‑based sales support. You’ll assist customers by phone and email, identify parts using diagrams, process orders, and help maintain office inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails to support customers with orders and product questions.
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting issues and offering solutions.
  • Route calls to the correct team members when needed.
  • Use part diagrams to identify products based on customer needs.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate product records.
  • Process customer orders through the M1 system.
  • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure adequate supply levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read multimeters and electrical schematics
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components
  • Proficiency with computers, data entry, and email communication
  • Strong customer service skills with a calm, solution‑focused approach
  • Solid problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail when entering orders and updating M1 system data
