Phone Surveyor- will be calling primary care, OBGYN, and behavioral health providers and getting information from those offices- getting information about the services they offer.
Will be asking questions and getting answers and documenting them in their computer database (data entry).
40 hours/week.
9am to 5pm or 8:30m to 4:30pm.

Technical proficiency for accurately documenting interactions.
Ability to follow protocols.
Prior experience with customer service calls or familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required.
