Pay Range: $50 - $54/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Photo Production & Workflow Management
• Oversee the daily photo production pipeline from sample intake through final image delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate product photo shoots with Creative, Production, and Studio teams.
• Prioritize product photography based on business needs, launch timelines, and merchandising priorities.
• Manage reshoots, image corrections, and production issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain photography guidelines and ensure consistent execution across all product categories.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve production bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Serve as the primary liaison between Photo Studio, Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Post-Production teams.
• Ensure final assets are delivered accurately, on schedule, and meet established quality standards.
• Align daily production priorities with broader marketing, merchandising, and eCommerce initiatives.
• Coordinate project tracking through production management and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Reporting & Process Improvement
• Maintain production schedules, dashboards, and status reports to provide visibility into project progress.
• Oversee the process of publishing product imagery to eCommerce platforms.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Support seasonal launches and high-volume production periods by ensuring adequate planning and resource allocation.
