  • Make real-time adjustments to lighting, composition, and framing
  • Maintain consistency across high-volume, repetitive shooting environments

Deliver High-Quality Imagery

  • Capture images that align with client style guides and creative direction
  • Ensure accuracy in focus, exposure, color, and composition
  • Execute against shot lists and deliver required image counts
  • Maintain precision in file naming, metadata, and shot tracking
  • Perform quality checks before assets move downstream

Own Workflow & Output

  • Manage image workflow from capture through handoff
  • Ensure files are uploaded, organized, and archived correctly
  • Partner with production to hit daily output goals and timelines
  • Provide accurate time estimates and support scheduling needs
  • Keep production efficient without sacrificing quality

Drive Consistency & Improvement

  • Participate in pre-production planning and post-shoot reviews
  • Build and maintain lighting diagrams, references, and visual guides
  • Identify ways to improve speed, consistency, and workflow
  • Document processes to support repeatability across teams

Support the Studio Team

  • Mentor and support junior photographers
  • Collaborate with stylists, producers, and studio leadership
  • Maintain organized digital and physical workspaces
  • Assist with studio setup, breakdown, and general operations
