Travel to conferences, partner locations, and industry events to recruit and strengthen partnerships.

Work closely with ECS Marketing and Partner Operations teams to improve onboarding materials, landing pages, guides, and partner-facing resources.

Coordinate with partners regarding pricing, services, software features, production capabilities, and operational escalations.

Represent ECS throughout the West Coast by conducting regular in-person partner visits, attending regional conferences, photography guild meetings, and industry events to recruit, develop, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

Collaborate closely with Tanya Saenz and ECS leadership on long-term partner infrastructure and growth initiatives.

Learn company software and systems, including Admin and EDONext, within reasonable time.

Attend and participate in department meetings.

Maintain strong levels of communication between departments and partner organizations.

Complete all company certifications and training within reasonable time.

Extended work hours and travel as required, including conferences, partner visits, and production season support.

Adhere to policies in the Employee Handbook and maintain a professional, respectful working relationship within the company.

And other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
