Photopolymer Platemaker – Entry Level – 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday

Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)

Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour (wage includes a $3.00 shift premium)

Printron is looking for a Plate Maker to join our team.

• Understand structure, layout, and how things are built
• Take pride in accuracy and organization
• Work consistently and follow through on tasks
• Want to master the details of quality work

 No experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, you’ll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You’ll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.

• Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates

• Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications

• Use computer tools to track production and job status

• Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards

• Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape

• Prepare completed plates for the next step in production

• Be a reliable and consistent team player

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or HSED preferred
• Basic math skills and a working knowledge of a tape measure are helpful
• Ability to stay organized and follow procedures
• Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset
• Available for 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 - 10:00 PM
