Photopolymer Platemaker – Experienced
2nd Shift 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)
Starting Pay: Based on experience

Printron is looking for an experienced Plate Maker to join our team.

What You'll Do:
In this hands-on role, you’ll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You’ll work with modern equipment and technology to produce both liquid and digital photopolymer plates while maintaining strict quality standards.
· Operate and maintain equipment used to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates
· Convert electronic files or film negatives into plates according to job specifications
· Follow detailed job tickets and verify plate accuracy
· Use computer systems to maintain electronic logs and production tracking
· Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards
· Perform preventive maintenance on plate-making equipment
· Complete post-production steps such as trimming, mic measurements, and final documentation
· Prepare completed plates for transfer to the next stage of production
Assist in training and supporting less experienced platemakers
Who We’re Looking For:
· High school diploma, GED, or HSED required
· 1–3 years of photopolymer plate making experience (liquid or digital preferred)
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and email
· Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Reliable, steady, and team-oriented mindset
· Available for 2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 2pm – 10pm
