Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Physiatrist to join our growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will specialize in the non-surgical management of musculoskeletal and spine disorders, utilizing image-guided interventional techniques to improve patient function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
This role emphasizes a balanced mix of clinic evaluation and outpatient procedures, with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions
Perform interventional procedures including, but not limited to:
Epidural steroid injections (interlaminar, transforaminal, caudal)
Facet joint injections and medial branch blocks
Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
Sacroiliac joint injections
Peripheral joint and soft tissue injections
Ultrasound-guided procedures (preferred but not required)
Utilize fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound guidance for procedures
Develop individualized, non-operative treatment plans focused on function and rehabilitation
Coordinate care with physical therapists, primary care providers, surgeons, and other specialists
Interpret imaging studies (MRI, CT, X-ray) relevant to patient care
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practices
