Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Management, Neurology, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or related specialty
- Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
- DEA registration
- Experience managing spine, pain, and neurological conditions preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
