<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Be informed as to the academic, spiritual, and social development of each of their students.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and follow the school’s plan for discipline<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>- Employ those instructional aids, methods, and materials that will <\/span>provide for<\/span> creative and effective teaching including the consistent and effective use of technology.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ensure that adequate preparations have been made to <\/span>accomplish<\/span> <\/span>objectives<\/span> and meet the standards <\/span>established<\/span> for the classes assigned.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Plan instruction methodically and consistently using daily lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum and curriculum maps. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Maintain <\/span>accurate<\/span> records of attendance and grades to meet the requests of the administration and one's own need for a knowledge of student progress.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Create activities<\/span> with purpose and intention to reinforce, review, and/or enrich le<\/span>arning<\/span> content. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Attend and <\/span>participate<\/span> in scheduled faculty meetings, professional development, and parent -teacher meetings.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Demonstrate strong classroom management that fosters a learning environment for all students and adheres to the school’s policies and procedures.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Follow the school’s protocol for classroom discipline.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Provide regular communication with the home via the telephone, email, and in -person meetings. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Attend all regularly scheduled meetings (typically once a week) which include staff meetings, division meetings, curriculum meetings and PLCs <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Attend and/or <\/span>participate<\/span> in school activities<\/span> <\/span>and programs<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Speak favorably of and <\/span>publicly support<\/span> the school, faculty, and school leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Have a BS or BA preferably in education <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Demonstrate evidence of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Have a pastoral reference from local church to verify regular attendance and active involvement <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Adhere to the mission statement, core values, Code of Conduct, and Statement of Faith of Emmanuel Christian School <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
