Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certification, K-12
- Physical Education major or minor required, Physical Education (MB)or Health, Physical Education and Dance (MX) endorsement required
- Must meet Michigan Highly Qualified Teacher standards in the subject area, successful MTTC scores required.
- Willingness and ability to work cooperatively on a teaching team.
- Credential file documentation of successful attainment, excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences.
- Candidates interested in sponsoring extra-curricular activities preferred.
- Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, E-Mail, Creation of web pages, etc. required.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
Salary
